James joined the Branch Communications team in April 2013 to head up the new Architectural and Engineering department. With over 22 years of experience in Architectural and Engineering for telecommunications and 6 years of Structural design. James has been instrumental in starting up two different Architectural and Engineering departments.

James has overseen and helped design multiple prototypical cellular site drawings for companies to use as a nationwide template for construction projects to ensure uniformity of construction and products. He consults with clients to review the scope of work and to ensure that the expectations of the project is completely understood, coordinates with Engineers on the development of the construction drawings, and ensures final construction drawings are signed, sealed and sent to client with follow-up and maintenance responsibilities to finish the project life cycle. James co-developed an automation system that cuts the development time of Construction Drawings.
