Holly Szczypinski joined Branch Communications in 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory. Prior to joining Branch, Holly served as Vice President at Investors Title Insurance Company as the company’s leader in commercial escrow services and managing multi-bank owned agencies in the Midwest region. Holly also served as the Director of Business Development for Spectrasite Communications where she led a team of attorneys in the development and acquisition of lease buyouts and other aspects of the wireless infrastructure business. Holly is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and obtained her JD from Mississippi College School of Law. Holly is also an alumnus of the Executive Education Program at UNC Chapel Hill and is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar.
