Belinda Derzapf joined Branch Communications in October of 2020. As the Director of Site Development at Branch Communications LLC, Belinda leads all tower development and build-to-suit projects, overseeing a diverse team of project managers, site acquisition agents, zoning consultants, A&E, regulatory consultants and other vendors. Her role involves managing key relationships with carriers, ground lease landlords, and outside vendors to ensure the successful deployment of complex telecom infrastructure projects.

Throughout her career, Belinda has demonstrated a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including macro towers, small cells, DAS, microwave systems, and rooftop installations. She excels in navigating regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with local zoning laws, and driving operational efficiency from project initiation to completion.

Before joining Branch Communications, Belinda served as Owner and Operator of CS Land Services. Belinda has also held positions with Mastec, Verticom, Zone Systems, and Verizon Wireless.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas.
